Here is a blast from the the past.............from the movie Napoleon Dynamite. Kip like many new MMA fans claim to be training as a Cage Fighter. Funny stuff but whats even funnier is that because of the popularity of the UFC many 18-35 men have started saying things like "Kip". Enjoy this video you know I do :)
